Let me share a bit of my story. I am a 30-something momma and entreupener with a serious case of commitment to my clients. I have been working in the health and fitness industry for the past 7 years with a purpose of showing women that they are never too far from their goals.
Once upon a time, I was one of those women that tried different “diets”. You know… the Paleo Diet, cleansing, juicing…even fat loss pills when I wanted to get shredded, all thinking that if I was strict for a certain period of time with loads of exercise, those few pounds I lost would lead to bigger changes. WRONG!! All that it lead to was disappointment.
Sure I lost some weight during that time, but give it a couple weeks off of the Whole30 that I just did, and that extra fluffiness I lost would show back up. And it was all because I didn’t know how I was supposed to be eating for my body type or for my workouts.
I had zero knowledge to apply this healthy lifestyle that I wanted so badly, and I lacked the tools to be able to achieve those results through the way nature intended it...
