"I worked with Danielle for a 5 week challenge not expecting to see any real changes, and I couldn't have been more wrong. The beginning of the program was a real challenge because I was not used to planning my meals or measuring what I was eating but about half-way through the program it was no longer a challenge but just part of my routine. "At the end of my 6 weeks with my coach and friends, I had lost a total of 11 1/4 inches! My workout improved my almost double. I did not lose weight, but I lost inches and gained muscle. This challenge allowed me to stop taking my prescription migraine medicine daily and now only as needed, my headaches have decreased, my joints quit hurting, and I can do squats without issues now. I usually take sleeping pills, not anymore!! I can go to bed and wake up feeling refreshed.
