How It Works:

Customization. A customized meal plan for fat loss and maximizing protein synthesis based on nutrition science, couple with an efficient training program that facilitates maximum results without spending hours in the gym. The meal plan is simple and flexible. The training program is suitable for all fitness levels and designed to be completed at the gym if that is your preference OR from the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment.

Coaching. The 4-week program is facilitated by two Certified Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Nutrition Experts who have been coaching women for a combined 20+ years.

Accountability. In addition to being supported by two coaches with unlimited email and text support, participants benefit from the program App, the private group atmosphere, and accountability buddy system.

Consistency. Consistency is key with any change! Participants will enjoy the daily support and engagement opportunities, as they practice and solidify their new lifestyle!

Please note that this program is NOT an individualized meal plan or personalized strength training program. It is GROUP coaching, meaning we are all in this together! Support and accountability is provided not only from your two coaches, but also from the participants! There is strength in numbers.
