Abs aren't just made in the kitchen

Let's be real.  We've all heard the saying "abs are made in the kitchen".  That's true to some degree.  The less body fat you have, the more defined your muscles will be.  The best way to decrease body fat is through proper nutrition, but your abs are muscles, so they need training just like any other muscle group.  A strong core not only looks good, but also offers many benefits including balance and stability for those every day mundane actions and helps to minimize back pain.  Use this short routine to start developing a stronger core.
